Swinton Park Hotel

The Swinton Park Hotel is an opulent, Grade II* castle set in 200 acres of stunning gardens and parkland at the heart of the 20,000 acre Swinton Estate.

Owned by the Cunliffe-Lister family since the 1880s, and the ancestral seat of the Earl of Swinton, guests at the hotel enjoy a fabulous, yet informal stately home experience.

Rooms are beautifully furnished with antiques and family portraits, with the warmth and grandeur of a traditional English house.

Swinton Bivouac

On the edge of expansive moorland and forest on the Swinton Estate, Swinton Bivouac is home to rustic Tree Lodges, tucked away in woodland, Meadow Yurts, nestled in the hillside, and the cosy Loft. Swinton Bivouac provides a piece of ‘off‑grid’ heaven – exuding an incredible sense of space and tranquillity in a truly natural environment. Tree Lodges, Meadow Yurts and the Loft are fully and beautifully furnished with sumptuous bed linens, Estate towels and robes.

Swinton Cottages

A collection of stunning three and four bedroom self-catering cottages within easy walking distance of Swinton Park, are perfect for groups of family or friends.

Located within close proximity to Samuel’s Restaurant, the Terrace Restaurant and BarCountry Club, parkland and gardens, a myriad of activities and the wider 20,000-acre Estate, they offer guests the chance to experience all the benefits of Swinton Estate from the privacy and intimacy of their own self-catering accommodation.
