Experience the luxuries of the castle hotel at Swinton Park with an overnight stay.
On arrival, guests are encouraged to unwind after the journey and enjoy the serenity of the beautiful 200 acres of lakes and gardens with a walk in the parkland, before arriving at the spa in time for a bespoke mindfulness treatment and a B-Silent Full Body Massage, a treatment devoted to relaxing your body and preparing it for sound, restful sleep. The wellness journey continues after your treatments with access to three Relaxation Rooms where you can relax on a chaise longue, slumber and snooze in a starlit pod or switch off completely in the Sleep Room in one of the heated water beds.
The stay at the castle includes an evening meal in your room or at The Terrace, a contemporary and relaxed restaurant. Your evening meal starts with a non-alcoholic wellness cocktail, followed by a light wellness supper with dessert.
There are bespoke wellness elements in the bedrooms such as relaxation bath salts, bedtime herbal tea, wholesome snacks and cordial in your room, all designed to assist you relax and re-hydrate. The wellness bedding, to help with regenerative sleep, is lined with sheep’s wool that has been shown to regulate the body’s temperature and moisture.
In the morning, breakfast is served in your room or the Atrium at the Spa with a nutritional breakfast, including our daily juice and Hot Tonic.
Your day continues in the Spa and includes a bespoke mindfulness treatment of either hands, feet, head or scalp, as well as giving you time for a mindfulness walk in the woodland. Before you end your wellness journey, enjoy a spa lunch in your robes poolside in the Atrium, or get dressed to dine in The Terrace Restaurant.
