Bamford Body Signature Treatment

Our Body Signature Massage is your top to toe of wellbeing. We start your treatment with a detoxifying foot soak to soothe and then begin with shiatsu rocking building into a full body Swedish massage incorporating a foot massage and completing with an uplifting face, neck, shoulder and scalp massage. A total sense of wellbeing for the mind and body.

Bamford De-Stress Massage

The DeStress massage relaxes tense muscles and reduces stress levels, whilst calming both mind and body. The treatment begins with a soothing foot bath followed by a shiatsu massage working into a Swedish back massage and back of the leg massage to finish with a foot massage.

Bamford Holistic Full Body Massage

A full body massage focusing on major muscle groups working on areas of tension. Japanese shiatsu rocking techniques are used to open the meridians. Bespoke Hot Stone Massage

Basalt stones bathed in aromatic oils. The stones are worked into the muscles releasing a deep heat, relieving sore aching muscles. The refreshing marble can be utilised to draw out inflammation, elongating the muscles, boosting circulation whilst offering deep relaxation.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is an ancient therapeutic treatment that has been practiced in India for thousands of years. Part of the Hindu health care practice of Ayurveda, Indian head massage focuses on the shoulders, neck, scalp and face. As is traditional, this Indian Head Massage is given while seated, starting with guided relaxation.
